Sus dimensiones son de 280m de largo y 30m de ancho, el acceso a la playa es muy fácil, como también lo es llegar a las playas colindantes. El Chucho es la última playa en el lado oeste del paseo marítimo. Se aconseja el baño con escarpines por la abundante cantidad de pequeñas rocas que se encuentran en la orilla y dificultan el baño.

El Chucho beach is roughly 280 long and is quite sheltered by the Torrecilla promontory. It does, however, suffer considerable damage during stormy winter weather and the sand has to be replenished on a regular basis. The water deepens fairly gently, no real shelf as such, which means it is a good place for kids.
